This section is very short in the TDBoK. There is not much guidance other than
- Focus on future goals (TD Vision)
- Connect strategic plan to mission statement
- Create value statements
- Identify strategic goals
- Establish objectives
- Have action plans
Of course, track and manage the budget is important
